"The thing is, now he thinks all police cruisers are nothing but milkbone dispensaries. This is, at times, problematic. 'Sir, could you please restrain your animal?' Then I have to explain that one of New York's finest actually encourages this behavior on a regular basis. They never seem to believe me. What's really alarming is when I'm walking down the street all oblivious and she bleeps her siren at me and pulls me over to give him a bone."
