Little apples in the big apple
In NYC it's sometimes hard to tell when the seasons are changing. As fall starts to hit, our friend Jason made a cool spotting of apple trees with a bounty of produce along the West Side and sent us this...

"These apple trees are the last thing I'd expect to see in the railroad yard across from the Javits Center. Three of them are growing at the start of the High Line. Kinda picks up the neighborhood. The blocks around the rail yards are sprouting with all sorts of wild things. A little reminder of the persistence of nature."
